**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage requirements for IT solution.
- Design technical solutions and IT architecture.
- Manage development and coordinate with external teams for IT solution implementation.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively.
- Ensure effective and efficient utilization of IT solution.
- Measure IT solution performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure support and resolution of IT solution issues.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Experience in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of web systems for e-commerce.
- Experience leading development teams for the implementation of e-commerce web systems.
- Desired:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify**, among others.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms such as **Cloud Services, Azure,



Google Cloud Platform.**:
- Experience in implementing integrations with ERPs and payment methods, APIs.
- Familiarity with Google Apigee, Firebase, GA4 (Google Analytics), AppsFlyer, Target2Sell.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Successful implementation and support of e-commerce platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Timely resolution of IT solution issues.

**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- 8 years of professional experience.
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience in any e-commerce platform or custom commerce solutions.
- Experience in requirements analysis, design, and leading implementation.
- Development skills in HTML, JS, and CSS.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to maintain conversations in English.
**Desirable**:
- Experience in **Demandware.**
