We are looking for a **HHRR Trainee** to join our team in Latam
**Responsibilities**:
- Salary policies and guides research and analysis
- Human Resources platforms researches
- Sectors researches
- Scouting: Support to identify trends, needs and recommend solutions to improve recruitment, performance, engagement (social benefits, trainnings, etc) and employee experience.
- Review and compare providers and select the suitable ones for each occasion.
- Conduct and support recruitment processes (profile definition, job posting, CV screening, phone interviews).
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources
- Advanced level of English
- High-level knowledge of MS. Office: Excel, Power Point
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter is considered a plus.
