**Title**: Inbound Logistics Analyst
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila JD Shared Svcs-Saltillo
**Function**: Supply Management / Logistics
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Reconciles shipping, packing, consolidation and product costs to charge the respective units (accounting analysis).
- Coordinates the import and/or export movement of the goods to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and in the most effective and efficient manner.




- Places and/or expedites orders with outside suppliers based on requirements received from the local unit or international marketing unit and expedites shipments to ensure that material is available on the required due date.
- Prepares export documentation, forwarding and invoicing instructions based upon the customer/partner profile and/or letter of credit to ensure that products are exported in a timely manner with proper documentation to the receiving party and in compliance with all governmental regulations.
- Act as a resource for company logistics groups, unit operations and suppliers as problems, questions and concerns arise regarding logístical processes.

- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process

**Education**:
