Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certification in ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Developer is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and other development technologies used in the ServiceNow platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
English Advance is a must (conversational and written)
Pay: $68,200.00 - $85,200.00 per month
