**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in an EHS role or in a supporting role within an EHS team, Internal Safety program/campaign or other closely related positions supporting a Safety/EHS team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Compilation and reporting of EHS performance data using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation to importing data from a variety of general sources.
- Provide analytics, support, processing, and distribution on leading and lagging KPIs.
- Collect, organize, monitor, and evaluate operational and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication.
- Perform data analysis to determine current performance and forecast future performance. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and other required analyses on EHS activity.
- Attend regular meetings with the BU EHS team, record notes and follow-up on key issues. Assist BU EHS team with special projects and initiatives and provide status reports as required.




- Perform other duties to support business needs.
**Key Requirements**
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative abilities as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) to perform calculations, create pivot tables, use financial and logical formulas, visualize data, and organize and format for presentation.
- Able to maintain relationships with multiple EHS teams in collaboration to gather and track progress and status on EHS initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
