**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Delivers at least one routine service at a facility, such as switchboard, reception, assistant, or mail room.
- Follows local rules and regulations to provide consistency and quality of service delivered.
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely fashion under general supervision.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- High school, plus any licensing or certification as required by role.
- Typically 1-2 years facilities maintenance or office services experience.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Good knowledge of facilities or office services activities.
- Good communication skills.
- Has basic knowledge of MS Office, work order prioritization.
