**About our client**
We are currently working with a top tier real estate firm that has a solid presence in the residential, industrial, hospitality and retail sectors in Mexico. Our client seeks a commercial head to spearhead their strategy in the residential segment. The position is based in Mexico City. **What the job involves**
- Identify opportunities to expand business
- Implement commercial strategies to support the business
- Manage negotiations of contracts and business plans with customers, distributors, buyers, third party suppliers, internal business units, clients, and brokers
- Ensure all strategic sales and marketing objectives for the company are achieved
- Implement new customer acquisition strategies
- Perform market research and analyse threats and opportunities
- Direct, manage and monitor the overall performance of the commercial team members




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and clients
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid years of experience in the residential real estate sector, preferably in the middle income and residential segments
- Experience in operations and development is a plus
- Degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Collaborative and leadership skills for establishing positive working relationships
- Strong commercial acumen
