Position Summary:
- Main responsibility will be for administration of supplier profile system for supplier on-boarding, supplier record and inactivation.
- Provides gate keeping function in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating Regal supplier requirements and approvals prior to system set-up and updates.
- Ensures that supplier set-ups and updates are executed within 24-hrs with accuracy and in compliance with standard
- Collaborates directly with sourcing leads, plant buyers, finance to support various supplier maintenance.
- Responsible for monitoring, recommending, executing projects that enhances system workflow and developing corporate supplier development projects to streamline general process controls across Industrial Systems.
- Responsible in identifying gaps between areas and provides analysis and recommendations to provide process simplification and efficiency
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand current pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arises.
- Ensure Microsoft Power Platform installation, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities along with Policy & SOP documentation that are published on Regal intranet / internet pages.
- Provides support in delivering monthly business unit supplier performance report
- Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues.
Major Responsibilities:




- Dedicated supplier system maintenance resource for Industrial Systems sourcing / Supply Chain, Supplier Development but will coordinate cross functionally with team across Industrial Systems.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Associate Degree in Business, Technology or Engineering or equivalent & Certification in Microsoft Power Platform will be added advantage. Required Experience : 1+ Years
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform along with Oracle exposure desired.
- Self-motivated and directed, strong customer focused behavior.
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team to deliver common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a global team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented, hard-working to focus on defined metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in roles of a change agent and ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Available for off hour’s conference calls with the USA and other countries.
**Language**:
- Proficiency in English (Written/Spoken) required & need good business communication & presentation skills.
