**Qualifications**:
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Efficient Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and ability to navigate various software systems efficiently.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- **Team Mentality**: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- **Collections Abilities**: Experience in collections or a related field preferred.
**Responsibilities for Collection Reps**:
- Ensure billing obligations are upheld, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all transactions.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to establish payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
- File and update documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct skip tracing activities to locate individuals with outstanding debts.
- Utilize strong collections abilities to recover overdue payments and minimize losses.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Negotiation Experience**: Proven track record in negotiating hardship agreements with clients.
- **Familiarity with Skip Tracing**: Experience in skip tracing techniques and methodologies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong eye for detail and ability to analyze financial documents, credit reports, and bank statements.
- **Detective Analysis**: Relate to the role as similar to detective analysis, working closely with your Torro billing teammate to uncover solutions and achieve results.
