**Job Description**:
- Functional
- Reviews and updates scope, contract, main stakeholders, and budget.
- Responsible that the documentation follows the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements.
- Interacts daily with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present information.
- Builds stable working relationships internally.
- Leads meetings throughout the project life (internal KOM, customer KOM, project status, etc).
- Works with Solutions Manager and Engineering Manager to budget, plan and schedule project activities and resources
- Leads the project risk management (identification and mitigation with project team).
- Attack roadblocks and impediments to delivering incremental value.
- Leads and gathers lessons learned through the project.
- Ensures with the Technical Leader the design, implementation, test, and startup phases of complex systems projects.
- Ensures the creation and approval of any Engineering Design and Functional Specification.
- Facilitate and ensures the use of templates, procedures, and standards.
- Reports project status and issues.
- Leads and follow-up the material status with the buyer.

- Lead on time delivery, schedule, budget, quality, resource, forecast, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Builds partnerships with project team.
- Presents main technical, contract, scope and schedule aspects of sales proposals to customers.
- Responsible for following all applicable corporate, company, governmental and regulatory policies, and procedures as appropriate for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Engineering or Information Technology discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in engineering/administration is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience as Project Manager / Technical Leader activities.
- Understand of LAN/WAN network technologies.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA and/or FactoryTalk Software will be an advantage.
- Understanding Rockwell Automation Products hardware and software product suites (FT Studio, FT View, FT Historian, FT Asset Centre, FT Directory, FT Security) will be an advantage.
- Understand Cyber Security Standards, Thin Client technologies, virtualization technology (VMWare).
- Not required but desired knowledge of any: GAMP, PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, JIRA, CSM, MS Planner, Hive, Trello.
- Good knowledge (Microsoft Windows environment, Office 365).
- Advanced knowledge in MS Project.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Strong listening, pragmatic feedback, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Own PMP and/or ACP certifications. If no
