About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
- Partner with DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis solution proposal/evaluation and funding estimates for operations/ projects.
- Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
- Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.

**Role Requirements**
Essential Requirements:
- Proven IT Solution Architecture hands on senior experience.




- Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in designing functional solutions in Integral and large-scale complex project and program.
- Strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce features in Service cloud and Health Cloud along with platform capabilities
- Ground up solution design experience for healthcare industry
- English Proficiency
