**Role: ServiceNow ITOM Administrator**
**Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent**
**Location: Guadalajara (Hybrid)**
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Administrator!
- To provide level 2 support for the client’s existing ServiceNow ITOM module, consisting of ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping.
- The role would be working as part of a broader team in supporting the platform, comprising permanent staff members of Zurich, colleagues within Wipro who provide the BAU managed services support, and colleagues within Brillio who will support service mapping on a BAU basis.
**To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve**:
- 3+ years of experience
- Have a proven background in administering and developing the ITOM module of ServiceNow
- Have a proven background in developing CMDB as well as understanding the CSDM framework.
- Have a proven understanding of SACM processes and their importance in the journey to a complete and correct CMDB.
- Proven experience in remediating incidents and fulfilling requests affecting the ITOM module of ServiceNow
