As Global Service Excellence Manager for GBS HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and process improvement across the enterprise. Your expertise in change management, business transformation, and operational excellence will be critical in ensuring seamless transitions and enhancing service delivery.

Strategic Transformation - Understand the current state of processes and identify steps required to transition users to new tools and workflows. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.Collaborate with business leads to drive alignment and standardization of requirements and processes.
Leadership and Management - Provide effective leadership for continuous improvement initiatives related to process and services. Serve as Project Manager on key global scope and scale initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence - Lead the accurate and timely design, build, execution, quality assurance, and delivery of transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Promote adherence and compliance and regulatory requirements.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Accounting or similar
**Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, ITIL, LEAN, PRINCE, or AWS
Experience in Change management principles, Financial Reporting Standards, Organizational objectives, HR Process Methodology, Vendor Management.
**Analytical**: Ability to analyze reporting data and forecast future needs.

Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement.
**Collaborative**: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Results-Driven**: Focus on achieving operational excellence and meeting production targets.
