The law firm is a plaintiff's employment and applicant workers compensation law firm located in Los Angeles, California. We are seeking a full-time bilingual Spanish-English speaking Worker's Comp Case Manager and Hearing Representative for immediate hire.
- **Preference given to those who have experience handling workers' compensation claims in California, but we are willing to train the right person. **_
Duties include:
- interviewing and intaking new clients
- entering client information in case management system
- reporting claims to insurance companies
- making doctors appointments for clients
- requesting QME/ AMEs
- filing and objecting to DORs
- providing clients with status of their cases
Pay: $215.00 - $255.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
