**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Verifiable experience in a similar position.
- Technical English
- American Visa and Mexican passport, Ability to travel if required.
- Knowledge in recruiting and selecting personnel with technical profiles (Installers, network and IT developers)
- Knowledge of US legislation.
- Search for recruitment agencies in the US.
**Essential Functions**:
- Consult employers on hiring needs.
- Interview applicants and vet them for the position.
- Do background checks and call references
- Explain benefits, company policies, and job parameters to applicants.
- Hire the most qualified applicant




- Onboarding new employees and assisting with orientation.
- Process hiring procedures and maintain employee records.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients and caregivers alike.
