SWBC is seeking a talented individual to plan, create, and execute test plans. This role reviews test results to detect and accurately report problems found during testing. This individual contributes to defining testing scope and identifying regression opportunities. This role collaborates, communicates, and executes testing efforts in a dynamic environment, participating as a key member.

- Designs and creates test plans based on requirements.
- Executes tests, audits and reports problems found, and accurately document results.
- Updates and enhances test suites and test methods in order to improve the validation of changes to products.
- Creates and maintains test data in assigned environment using established Quality Assurance (QA) tools.
- Defines risks that may impact the schedule. Suggests actions to eliminate or mitigate risks.
- Provides clear and concise project and test documentation.
- Contributes to specification, test case, and test plan reviews.
- Participates in documentation, development, and improvement of processes and procedures. Leverages other project team expertise to solve problems. Assists others in areas of expertise.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of data management/ administration,
preferable in a secured technical environment
- International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of Power 9, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of defect reporting tools and test management.
- Working knowledge of computer science, database, and quality assurance.
- Working knowledge of a set of industry standard testing tools.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under limited supervision (self-motivation, self-initiative).
- Able to identify and isolate problems within area of responsibility.
- Able to solve moderate technical issues in one or more areas.
- Able to work through a full development lifecycle in area of responsibility.
- Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
- Able to type 35 WPM.
- Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
- Sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
- Stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
Pay: $31,698.00 - $47,546.00 per month
Work Location: In person
