**Main Activities**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report and manage customer visits and audits.
- Assist in the coordination of tooling quotations, delivery, approval and obsolescences.
- Establish corrective and preventive actions in the process.
- Compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure identification and selection of special features of manufacturing processes.
**Experience and Requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or related.
- Project management knowledge
- +3 years of experience in the areas of Quality Engineering or Project Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient English level
- Valid USA visa.
- Office software.
