Construction Estimator/Analyst/Sales Rep

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to accurately estimate construction costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Solicit and review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Utilize construction estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process.
- Present cost estimates to management and clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing support to project teams as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience) in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in the paving industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- 100% Fluent in English (Tests will be conducted)
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary based on experience. Up to $40,000 Mexican pesos per month salary.
