Law degree from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience practicing law
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English language.

We are looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to support our rapidly growing Amazon Mexico Operations business, including our procurement, health & safety, and transportation teams. We are currently looking for someone with a adaptable attitude and great organizational skills.
Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include negotiation and documentation of a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including master services agreements, amendments, work orders,



NDAs and RFPs; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; identifying and implementing process improvements; developing internal policies and procedures and providing training to the business; and working with internal business clients, other teams, and outside counsel.
Additional responsibilities will include maintaining customer contract files, training, review and developing internal policies and procedures.
Mexico City, DIF, MEX
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- In-house experience is a plus
