**Who are we looking for?**
- 2 years of experience as a CRM specialist
- Run longitudinal and multivariate tests on multiple audiences and launch experiments to optimize channel performance with a focus on meeting or exceeding CRM goals.




- Possess the planning and execution of the entire multichannel CRM strategy
- Previously he has worked with CRM platforms (a plus)
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solver
- Always eager to learn new things.
- Can be easily adapted to Sprint teams (teamwork)
- Previous work in Startups a plus
- 85% English
