- Develop and execute international transport operation schemes (models), according to requests and quotes from the commercial area.
- Develop operation plans and operational monitoring with clients through a supported team of operational analysts in monitoring 24/7.
- Develop improvement initiatives in current operations and according to volumetric opportunities by the client.
- Manage a team of 3 Crossborder executives
**Profil**
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international Trade required.
- Advanced english2 years of experience in operation, according to cross-border (Mexico-USA-Canada) market.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and partnership, inspire followership, lead and manage laterally and through others.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - externally oriented and inquisitive, proactive, resourceful.
- Proven Experience building effective cross-border businesses or relationships.
- Experience and know-how of ERP, TMS, CRM systems.
