**Accounts Payable Front Office Analyst**
Major responsibilities for this position include:
- Resolve queries raised to Accounts Payable in the Americas
- Resolve Very Urgent Payment Requests raised to Accounts Payable in the Americas
- Ensure timely response and resolution - within agreed SLAs
- Processing of urgent invoices or corrections if required to resolve queries
- Initiate payments which have to be executed on the same day
- Address root causes to repetitive issues within the process/organization
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Accounting degree and/or 2 years+ working experience in AP or Procurement
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly inter-dependent organization
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Good communication skills in **English and Spanish**
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good process understanding
- Service oriented and responsive with a proactive and positive attitude
- Structured way of working and able to work in line with agreed timelines and priorities, also under pressure
