This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in STC Saltillo, Coahuila, México.
**Summary (About this Position)**:
This Position will manage the Control’s portion of new projects development for ME Housing Portfolio in NA plants besides to support for processes in manufacturing operations and the development of documentation and standardization that will helps to build technical capabilities on plant personal for operations sustainability and training support as well.
**Your Role**
- Project Leader for developing skills capabilities within a Team Work
- Create and Maintain Equipment Specifications to support quoting and technical requirements.
- Familiar in component on Automation or fully automatic processes.
- Provide Technical Support to Manufacturing and Maintenance departments.
- Support continuous improvement of quality, OE, scrap, design, etc on current assembly processes installed into NA plants.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
- Participation in design review meetings for new products.
- Develop and improve the product collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality
**Your Background**
- Education: Electrical-Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineer. Engineering or experience on the industrial programming field.
- 80% English language skills listening / speaking / reading.
- Experience in assembly development process (concept design, Programming PLC, Robots).
- Strong Communication Skills for a Global Environment
- Leading capabilities and/or skills
- Knowledge on Problem Solving Methodologies (Six Sigma, Shanin Red X, etc)
- MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)




- General knowledge of industry specifications pertaining to RF, ethernet and USB components.
- Program Management Skillset (MS Project preferred)
- Work with suppliers, purchasing, VE, plant mfg., plant quality to resolve issues.
- Availability to travel.
- US Visa is required.
