- Define the QA process from the very beginning.
- Be the face of QA in the company.
- Do the full spectrum of testing: web, mobile, and backend API.

**Required Qualifications**
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- 5+ years of professional full-time experience doing Manual QA.
- 2+ years of professional full-time experience in Mobile testing.
- 2+ years of professional full-time experience working in startups.




- API testing experience.
- Experience writing test cases.
- Experience managing a test suite.
- Experience being the first QA Engineer on the team.
- Proactiveness and Ownership: ability to deliver results without much guidance and supervision.
**Nice to Haves**
- QA Automation experience.
- Have an iOS device.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.

Most of our engagements are long-term in nature. That said, if the current engagement is ramping down, we’ll present you with more long-term opportunities to transition into.
