**Job** **Purpose**:
- Responsible of E2 Supply Chain Operational (Short-Term) & Tactical (Mid & Long-Term) Planning Processes for Carib + OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning(Brewering & Packaging), Finished Goods Import Planning and Distribution/Replenishment Planning.
- Participate as a key contributor and stakeholder in OpCos S&OP; Monthly Cycle and work in close collaboration with local S&OP; Manager as a main source of insights/data/information for all demand & supply discussion.
- Ensure the defined Planning Governance Framework and ways of working between Regional Hub and local Planning team are embedded withing the Opcos org. & processes including adherence to Heineken Integral Standars and Methodologies regarding planning capabilities.
**What we look for**:
- +4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning areas
- Bachelor/Master’s degree
- English Fluent
- Trips Frequency: 1-2 trips per year
- Knowledge: Demand & Supply Planning, replenishment & inventory planning & Materials requirement planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning ( S&OP;)
