Look no further as at Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Mexicali, Mexico.
**The Role**
The Senior Process Engineer will provide engineering and technical expertise to evaluate and implement innovative, cost effective, manufacturing processes and techniques, which will improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing operations and business systems. The role supports new product development as well as legacy product improvement.
- Assist in the management of scraps and dispositioning of scraps.
- Provide a structured approach to the identification and deployment of best practice within production areas.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and create written process instructions.




- Regularly contribute to key technical decision-making processes.
- Involvement and full understanding of NADCAP Certifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- in NADCAP PROCESS and AS9100
- in manufacturing process
- of Quality Core tools
- in Casting
- in English language highly desirable
- Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Quality Improvement experience is desirable
