**YOUR ROLE**:
As Talent Development and HR Operations Specialist you will contribute to the Capgemini Engineering Human Resources activities, from our site in Guadalajara and with the management, tracking and improvement of the Talent Development processes, such as:
**Onboarding experience**
- Implement onboarding sessions for new joiners.
- Responsible onboarding journey process.
- Responsible management welcome kits & badges creation
**Employee Engagement**
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**Employee Development**
- Identify key skills and competencies required for success in various roles.
- Work with our teams to develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
**Performance Management**
- Develop and implement performance management processes to assess and improve employee performance.
- Provide guidance on goal-setting, performance feedback, and career development plans.
**HR Processes**
- Execution of Off-boarding for leavers.
- Creation of employment letters, vacation guidelines, policies and internal communications.




- Tracking of collaborators tickets and follow up on open items from start to finish.
- HRBP's support.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Proven 2 years+ experience in talent management, human resources, or a related role.
- You should be able to work partially remote and on-site (hybrid model).
- Intermediate to advanced English skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Canva and other design tools for creating HR communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
