**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Under (e.g. limited direct supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Prepares and presents analysis of production trends, key performance indicators, dashboards, platform P&L;’s and cost accounting analytics
- Product costing
- Support Production, supporting departments, new product introduction and end-to-end collaboration
- Work with monthly closing and monthly schedules
- Support Latest Estimate’s activities and analysis
- Prepare and execute compliant, timely month end and quarter close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, ERP reconciliations, BVA analysis and reporting
- Lead Annual Business Plan activities
- Inventory reporting and reconciliations
- Fixed asset management
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
**Qualifications**:
**Experience and Education**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Cost Accounting experience




- Three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- CPA, MS MBA, or CMA a significant plus, but not required
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/ Licenses and Affiliations**:
- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Sound analytical and technical skills crucial to work with complex and big data
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
- Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills preferred; Experience with pivot tables, SUMIF(s), and VLOOKUP functions is required.
- Knowledge of, and experience in SAP and Power BI is strongly preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, team oriented and have excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to remain versátil, prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business.
- The ability to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously is required.
