Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. **Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists
- Promote services over the phone
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
**Experience**:




- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Cold Calling/Sales: 1 year (preferred)
