Job Responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans in a way that engages students and gets them excited about
learning.
- Set clear goals for English language and knowledge acquisition, and continuously
assess academic progress.
- Inform the school leader and the Board of Directors of learning progress
- Merge into the school culture, and actively participate in the school’s continuous
training program.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- 100% Fluency in English is a must.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or other areas of study
compatible with Teaching.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience and a track record of mentoring kids.
- Ability to learn new skills and teaching methods.
- Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Organized,



capable, flexible and able to multitask.
Salary & benefits:
- Monthly salary (gross) of $18,00 mexican pesos for full-time positions along with
benefit package.
- Living accommodations may be arranged, cost to be assumed by the individual.
- Transportation Guadalajara-La Laja may also be arranged.
