Position: Project Intern Location: Parque Sur Industrial, Col. El Realito Industry: Precision Instrument Manufacturing Reports to: P&O; Manager JOB SUMMARY As an Operations and Projects Intern, your main responsibilities will be to support the day-to-day operations of the organization and to assist in the execution of key projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES A - Aids in the management and scheduling of activities related to new product introduction and manufacturing line transfers. B - Assists with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. C - Aids in the development of SOPs. D - Supports the management of project timelines, budgets and deliverables. E - Conducts research and analysis to inform decision-making and project planning. F - Provides administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation. G - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.



H - Contributes to the development of presentations and training materials for staff and stakeholders. I - Designs, sources and overviews the installation of visual factory and corporate communications. J - Aids in the organization of events, visits and audits. K - Assists in any other requirement requested by the department leader.
Experiência y requisitos
REQUIREMENTS - Actively coursing last semesters of an administrative or industrial related career - Previous experience in a factory environment and project related activities preferred. -Advanced knowledge in Office Suite - Highly preferred knowledge in editing software Adobe or similar - English B2 or better.
