As Junior Digital Analyst you will develop analytical models and algorithms to optimize campaign performance, improve customer segmentation, and increase the effectiveness of referral strategies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define objectives, measure campaign success, and propose data driven recommendations.
Analyze internal data to identify opportunities for improvement in internal acquisition campaigns, including supplementary cards, referral program and other initiatives targeting internal customers.
- Proven analytical skills, ability to consolidate and storytelling to management, for value insights drilling action to improve revenue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion, energy, personal accountability and a desire to learn and grow.
- High level of integrity when handing confidential information.
