Overview:
Reporting to the Trade Compliance Manager, the role involves overseeing the temporary import of goods and exporting finished products as required. Is accountable for maintaining the overall documentation for these operations. This includes verifying, validating, and processing Consolidated Orders, as well as managing invoice creation and closure, generating reports and graphs, and monitoring department performance metrics.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare import and export invoices.
2. Maintains control of the file of petitions and official documents.
3. Opening of weekly "pedimentos".
4. Generation of documents for container import crossing.
5. Import tracking until crossing and arrival at the plant.
6. Transportation expense report.
7. Review of consolidated 'pedimentos'.
8. Correction, Validation and Payment of Consolidated "Pedimentos".
9. Processes the final MRO Import when necessary.
10. Register new materials in the system.
11. Control Entries, references, shipping numbers and security seals in Export/Import.
Qualifications:
- Completed University Degree: Foreign Trade Degree




- Experience: 1 to 3 years
