Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Payroll Specialist _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Specialist role involves_ _involves coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payments._
- _ Evaluate current systems and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements._
- _ Monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefit payments._
- _ Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements._
- _ Generate payroll_
- _ Upload payroll incidents_
- _ Generate payments to suppliers_
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Experience in the position (perform payroll, taxes, ISR calculation, social security calculation, payroll stamping)_
- _ Exempt recorded and tax calculation._
- _ High volume payroll._
- _ Advanced Excel_
- _ Ability to operate office software including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems._
- _ Work under pressure_
- _ Proactive_
- _ English (basic)_
- _ Accounting ERP (preferred)_
