RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate local finance functions, procurement, IT, logistics, and systems in accordance with Group policies and strategies, and with local regulations, ensuring compliance, resource optimization, and process efficiency.
- Execute Group financial strategies, develop and implement local budgets and measures to meet the company’s overall goals.
- Interact with country’s businesses and stakeholders to drive financial and operation success. Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Contribute to the formation of a key element of Group process guidelines through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the guideline meets local regulations.
- Establish the necessary controls to minimize the foreign exchange rate risks derived from the normal operations of the company.
- Plan and deliver financial and operational systems changes and manage the team to meet project timelines and quality and budget requirements.
- Risk management and internal control process.
- Legal: elaboration and notarial registration of minutes of boards of directors, including the granting and revocation of powers of attorney and handling of commercial agreements, coordination on contracts and mercantile agreements.




- Labor: economic negotiation of the collective labor contract when required.
- Pension Plan: Negotiation of the actuarial assumptions to define the economic amounts for the pension plan.
- Implement all the necessary procedures and rules for the operation of every affiliated company in Mexico.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University Degree
- Wide and deep experience providing expert competence.
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
- Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on
- developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
