**Job Description**:
AECOM México busca Gerente de Estructuras
**Las funciones principales son**:
+ Responsabilidad general dentro el equipo estructural, contratistas y subcontratistas.
+ Liderar el equipo sénior de estructuras de AECOM en la parte de estructuras metálicas, de concreto, de mampostería y prefabricados. Brinda orientación y coordina los esfuerzos de las actividades de planificación, diseño y gestión de los proyectos.
+ Ejecutar procedimientos estandarizados para monitorear la progresión de las fases de planificación, diseño, construcción o supervisión.
+ Supervisar los proyectos y al personal para garantizar que los proyectos progresen de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y los objetivos de costo, tiempo y calidad.



Verificar y aprobar datos de ingeniería mediante procedimientos establecidos y bien definidos.
+ Experiência como gerente de estructuras en diseño y ejecución de proyectos de gran escala preferentemente: Infraestructura
+ Coordinación de juntas de trabajo del área estructural y participación en juntas general de obra
+ Trabajar en asignaciones de ingeniería detalladas o de rutina que involucran cálculos y pruebas
+ Proponer un enfoque para resolver nuevos problemas encontrados mediante modificaciones de procedimientos o métodos estándar desarrollados en asignaciones anteriores.
+ Proporcionar orientación a los ingenieros de estructuras
**Qualifications**:
**Experiência**:
+ Experiência en macroproyectos de vías terrestres, ferrovías, industriales, infraestructura
+ Coordinación de equipos
**Calificaciones mínimas**:
+ + 8 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiência y/o educación
**Preferencias**:
**+ Formación**: Título Ing. Civil o Afín, con maestría o especialidad en estructuras.
+ 10 años de experiência
+ STAAD/ETAB
+ Ingles avanzado
