**Key Accountabilities**:
Serve as a Manufacturing IT expert to ensure the quality and efficiency of the MRP/ERP environment.
Analyze and interpret business requirements to configure or develop new manufacturing solutions within the MRP Environment.
Continuously improve IT tools and processes to support manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, engineering, Finance and quality assurance, to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and coordinate efforts to implement and maintain the MRP system.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate the completion of IT manufacturing projects.
Create documentation such as standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
Perform tasks in alignment with sprint targets.
**Requerements**:
**Years of experience**: 5-8 Years of relevant experience.
**Degree/diploma**: Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT Related fields
Experience with MRP and ERP systems, including Oracle & Epicor
