**Main Purpose**
- The Global Head Sustainability will be responsible for ensuring that material Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities are identified, monitored, and managed across the company; and identify opportunity areas to improve ESG plans and practices.
**Scope of Job**
- The Global Head of Sustainability will be working closely with relevant internal stakeholders at corporate and business level, in all geographies.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Contribute to defining and evolving the company´s sustainability strategy.
- the company´s ESG scores and response/feedback to external assessments by raters and rankers (S&P; Global, Ecovadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE)
- annual non-financial data assurance process by independent party.
- trends related to sustainability, assess implications to the company & communicate to relevant stakeholders, ensuring any new obligations for business are covered in the company´s disclosures (e.g., EU (European Union) reporting requirements)




- double materiality assessment results to embed in risk processes. Ensure materiality assessment is kept up to date and in line with evolving standards, responsible for reviewing relevance yearly and following up on progress on material ESG topics, risks, and opportunities.
- planetary boundaries approach to measure operational impact and define future goals, shift the focus of measurement from outputs to outcomes and impact.
- to the development of a strategy to measure and track the impact of the company´s product and solution portfolio in alignment with recognized methodologies and stakeholder expectations.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Strong knowledge and experience with sustainability reports aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD.
- A hybrid opportunity combining technical sustainability/ESG skills and project management abilities, as well as communications and culture building.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Sustainability with an ability to provide guidance to leaders and employees.
- A strategic thinker, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions, simplify procedures, communicate, and build networks to move from ideation to activation.
- Relationship building at all levels, including with Senior Executives and C-Suite, as well as relevant external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with a proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced,



changing work environment.
- A proactive, self-starter, able to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive, "can do" attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional and multicultural teams and can navigate in a matrixed global organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, possessing the ability to interface with audiences of all levels throughout the organization.
- Ability to streamline budget process.
- Data-driven mentality with a bias towards thoughtful action.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide timely turnaround on request.
- Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism and discretion, demonstrating accountability, integrity, good judgment, and respect for confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft product suite knowledge and expert in using Power Point skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and systems.
**Education**
- Minimum - Bachelor’s degree with sustainability credentials
- Desirable - Master's degree with sustainability related certifications
