**Job Summary**:
1. _**Key Responsibilities**:_
1.1. **Legal Counsel Duties**:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues affecting the company.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent the company in legal negotiations and dispute resolutions.
1.2. **Compliance Officer Duties**:
- Ensure compliance with CONDUSEF and CNBV regulations.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and filings.
- Conduct regular training sessions on compliance matters.
1.3. **Combined Responsibilities**:
- Synthesize legal and compliance strategies to mitigate risk and ensure best practices.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Work closely with executive management to embed a culture of ethics and compliance.
2. _**Qualifications**_ **and Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.




- Licensed to practice law in Mexico.
- A minimum of 2 years experience of legal and compliance in the SOFOM industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, AML, and CTF laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
