**Business Analyst**

This position will ensure technology solutions meet organizational and stakeholder needs, contributing to successful project delivery and business objectives, including:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Improving workflows and increasing efficiency
- Analyzing data for insights and mitigating risks
- Managing change processes

**Other Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation, cleansing, and visualization.
- Experience in modeling business processes.
- Highly proficient English communication skills (A MUST).
**Tool Requirements**:
- **MUST**: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Power BI




- Other Products: Visio, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams
- Project Management: Airtable, Jira, Azure
- SQL Query Development.
**Workspace Requirement**
- Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).
- Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.
- Reliable Internet connection.
**Workdays**:Monday - Friday
**Time Range**:09:00 PST - 17:00 PST
**Shift Duration**: 8 hours
**Compensation**: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)
