**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a drive to be on the cutting edge while helping change the culture towards a more nimble and agile methodology leveraging next generation cloud technology platforms.
- Deployment of world class technology and streamlined processes to improve the integral Digital Technology environment.
- Overseeing a large portfolio of operational activity.
- Participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews to drive progress.
- Creation of documents that specify strategy, assessment, or design in a way that delivers obvious value to the client and is understandable by any stakeholder
- Articulation of architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by the client.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile architecture techniques.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Help to define hosting strategy and solutions leveraging enterprise and cloud environments that align with business entity objectives.
- Deploy world class technology and streamlined processes to enhance the global commercial Digital Technology environment.
- Coordinate and report operational metrics on a recurring basis (week/month/quarter).
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving partners and call out to appropriate level when required.
- Assess a variety of situations and provide transparency to team and partners.




- Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
- Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining dedication and support.
- Identify training requirements and devise training programs to ensure operational readiness
- Stas up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
- Coordinates with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being carried out in accordance with regulatory standard methodologies.
**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proficient and fluent conversational English level.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud IT operations & support, demonstrating analytical thinking and innovation.
- Technical skills required: AWS Cloud Compute, Networking, Access Management, Storage.
- Cloud native tools experience around patching, monitoring, backups, is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
- Experience working with managed service provider models.
- Highly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrates ability to perform root cause analyses.
