Educate end users Baxter Infusion Systems’ medical devices used in hospital facilities and other healthcare facilities, primarily in the Infusion setting. Provide peer-to-peer education, consultation and training sessions to nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare staff within the healthcare setting regarding Baxter’s infusion systems portfolio with main focus on infusion pumps. Assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues through education or training sessions as a result of limited medical device knowledge or understanding of the particular product.



Assist in the delivery of medical device-related in-service education to support key customers Follow-up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs as it relates to successful medical device implementation Responsible for executing clinical roles within the Universal Implementation Process Fully train pharmacists on Medical Drug Library Management as part of the Spectrum implementation process and provide continuous support as required. Complete MDL review discuss findings and provide feedback to pharmacists and/or other clinical personnel as required to ensure full alignment prior to “Go Live”. Review device configuration for each clinical area where pumps are to be implemented. Serve as an Infusions’ Systems educational resource for both internal and external customers. Collaborate in Identifying business opportunities based on customer interactions assigned to clinical role. Provide customer feedback to marketing teams to improve and or adjust strategies of existing medical devices. Conduct all activities according to Baxter’s Ethics and Compliance Policies.
