**Contact Centers**
Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more
**Job overview and responsibilities**- Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner- Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service
- Arranges for ticketing and other special services
- Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules
- Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans
- Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information
- Sells consultatively

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Must be at least 18 years of age required
- Must be adaptable to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.
- Must have **valid US Visa** and Passport
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
