**Project Manager**
**Job Summary**:
Our client in the USA is looking for a Project Manager. This is a contract position.
**What You Will Do**:
Google Workspace Organizational Change Manager.
The Organizational Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing change within the organization. This role will be part of the Employee Messaging & Services and will report to the Manager, Employee Messaging & Services. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors and solution partners to ensure smooth and successful implementation of change initiatives.
Responsibilitoes include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and google workspace initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
- Develop and deliver digital communication programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed.




- Own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption.
Success Metrics:
- Successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
- High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.
**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in change management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions.
