**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure seamless operations and address maintenance needs.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze maintenance data and reports to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per day
