**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the PVC extrusion production lines.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the production area.
- Train and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Must have experience in PVC extrusion.
- Strong understanding of production processes and equipment in PVC pipe manufacturing.
- Ability to lead and motivate a production team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per day
