The Quality Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the activities of the quality engineering team within an organization. This role involves ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards, identifying and resolving issues, implementing continuous improvements, closely collaborating with other departments to ensure excellence in production and reporting KPI results to Quality Manager.
Activities:
- Guarantee quality of products and comply with the pre-established requirements of the customer.
- Management and fulfillment of the quality system.
- Attend audits scheduled by the client.
- Budget development and control.
- Follow-up to the objectives of the post (KPIs).
- Contribute to the reduction of accidents/incidents within the plant.
- Support in the implementation and development of NPI.
- Work with supply chain to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Establish standards and clearly define quality methods for staff.

- Analyze existing quality challenges, devising and implementing an effective, company-wide process of root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Develop and implement all quality-relevant processes in the product life cycle from development to customer feedback.
- Implement company-wide culture of resolving issues at their root cause.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual
- At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of quality in manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in leading and driving business performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of quality system and metrics.
- Solid knowledge, understanding and coaching Operational Excellence Methodologies (Toyota Production System, Lean Philosophy, Six Sigma)
