Work as in house counsel for growing international tech startup.
This position requires an English/Spanish bilingual (french a plus) licensed Mexican lawyer with a passion and aptitude for criminal, civil and contract law.
You will asked to prepare multiple civil lawsuits immediately. Research, investigate, prepare, file, follow through, argue and defend.
You will be asked to work with the fiscalia on several ongoing criminal charges against competitors who had defrauded us.
You will be asked to create contracts for strategic alliances, file corporate trademarks, contracts, communicate with partner legal teams, counsel CEO on matters of corporate growth.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm, in our office in Colonia San Antonio.
You must have your legal credentials to practice law in Mexico.
This is a contract position, with monthly payment and no employee benefits.



You will work as a contractor on a renewable contract to provide services to our company.
This position is idóneo for a junior lawyer seeking an enormous amount of immediate experience, and there is every possibility that this will grow into a long term contract.
