We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Controller to join our team at our corporate office in Arcos Bosques, Bosques de las Lomas.
As a Finance Controller, you will work closely with the Controller to ensure the optimum performance of the Finance area in order to enable the fulfillment of the Organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight for the Company and Divisions in regards to Group accounting & reporting, Income tax, VAT, statutory accounting, regulatory compliance and filings
- Profitability analysis
- Elaboration of Financial Statements
- Updating and creating controls, policies,



and procedures for accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assistance with Tax reports and tax optimization among local entities
- General ledger account reconciliations and validation
- Performance of audit to administrative processes to avoid risks
- Responsible for Fixed Assets
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting, CPA
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a General Company or Accounting Firm with strong accounting background
- Good understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced level of MS Office tools
- Knowledge and use of ERP systems
- Knowledge and use of Hyperion or Workday (Desirable)
