** Your Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements of a vacancy, including skills, qualifications, and experience needed. Plan and execute recruitment effective strategies accordingly
- Keep track of recruitment metrics, analyzing data, and providing reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum four years experience recruiting in a corporate (not agency) environment, preferably in supply chain or logistics
- Experienced at managing simultaneously multiple hiring projects for diverse and complex roles - on time and with the highest quality possible
- Strong follow-up and consultative skills
- Technology savvy and a creative mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and improve the team's ability to succeed.




- Strong preference for experience recruiting warehouse professionals, including site managers, operations managers and supervisors, HR managers, quality managers, and IT engineers with experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Attention to detail, with emphasis on meeting KPIs and data management
- ATS experience required
